Baked Sweet Potato

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Use a fork to pierce the sweet potatoes a few times.
  3. Place them on the tray and roast for 40–50 minutes, or until they puff up and are soft inside when pierced with a fork.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
