Batch-made in South Australia, this amazing dairy and fruit gelati was originally created to meet the needs of chefs who wished they had a handmade, luxury gelato for their restaurants. Now, much to everyone’s delight, these frozen delights are now available in smaller tubs for everyone to enjoy.

Gelista works hard to support and celebrate beautiful Australian produce, including dairy products and fruit. Using high quality ingredients ensures that a premium ice cream and gelato is produced in every batch. The individual tubs come in a range of ten flavours – four of which are vegan-friendly (almond and coconut flavours) and all are gluten-free!

Another lovely feature of the Gelista gelati is that the individual tubs can be reused: once they have been emptied (yum), they can be washed thoroughly and reused as mason jars.
