Delicious and decadent, this espresso cocktail is perfect for staying up late to watch the big game.

Ingredients

1 1/2 shots (45 ml) good quality vodka
1 shot (30 ml) freshly made, hot espresso coffee
2/3 shot (20 ml) coffee liqueur
1 pinch salt (optional)
3 coffee beans

Method

Pour the vodka, espresso coffee, liqueur into a cocktail shaker, along with the pinch of salt and ice.
Shake and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
Sprinkle the coffee beans on top.
