Make your Christmas ham zing with this sweetly spiced glaze.

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple juice (240ml)
½ cup brown sugar (90g)
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves

Method

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil whilst stirring.
Remove from the heat and baste the ham as it cooks.
